Self-Esteem
What exactly is self-esteem?

Self-esteem is the opinion you have about yourself, including the abilities you have with yourself.

I personally struggled with low self-esteem for over 35 years. I had chronic self-doubt which can leave a person feeling extremely insecure and not sure about oneself. Which was me to a T.

Tips To Help

If you struggle with low self-esteem like I did – here are 2 tips to help you:

  1. STOP the comparison game

You do YOU.

Stay focused on your goals, make sure to write them down. It is proven that goals are more effective if written on paper.

If you find yourself in the comparison mode quite often – I would like to remind you that it is none of your business what others think of you. Give yourself permission to be who you are meant to be and don’t worry what everyone else is doing.

  1. Mistakes are okay!

As we are on our journey, we make mistakes! You probably will stumble more than a hundred times. It is okay! As a business owner I have stumbled a thousand times! In my personal life, I’ve stumbled over a thousand ti8mes! I struggle with my food I struggled with alcohol for 39 years. finally, 3 years ago I was able to stop drinking. One day at a time I got to 3 years!

You’re going to make mistakes just like everyone else does. Be easy on yourself. Continue learning and growing, leaping and flying. You’ve got this! Really you do. Always remember: “I Believe in You.”
