Do you struggle with low self-confidence like I did? For so many years I suffered with this and I finally decided to make a change.

I believe confidence is built  by recognizing our accomplishments. Our accomplishments make us feel happy and make us feel proud of who we are.

Here are 3 ways you can grow your confidence level:
1. Follow Through
Whether it’s with your words or a physical action, when you say you’re going to do something you should really do it. 🙂  It strengthens your belief in yourself and you’ll feel accomplished. If you tell someone you’ll do XYZ, it’s important you stay committed to that person. If you can’t follow through, it’s okay. Just give them advance notice.

2. Do More of What Brings You Happiness
In your spare time make sure and fill it with time for you. If you have no spare time, remove some items from your schedule so you have “me” time. This one really helped my confidence level because it showed me that my time was valuable and I deserved time for me.

3. Celebrate Your Accomplishments
Right now, take 5 to 10 minutes and write down 10 things you’ve achieved or accomplished — small or big — this will definitely help build your self-confidence level.

When I did this exercise, I had a hard time thinking of some to write down. If you have a hard time, relax, take a deep breath, and take your time. Think back to when you were younger and write down anything you can think of.
