I constantly put myself down. I was always so hard on myself. I criticized myself over almost anything I did. It didn’t matter if the mistake was big or small, I berated myself.
I always thought if I was tough on myself, it would motivate me to do better. But it did the opposite. I felt less than, I felt weak. I was ashamed of myself. I didn’t trust myself.
In 2005, I decided to escape and fly out of the bird cage of entrapment. Self-entrapment that is. and my crazy monkey mind – it was time to escape from that. I began my personal growth journey and I haven’t looked back.
