Mindfulness Journaling

Kris writing in journalI’ve been practicing mindfulness journaling for the last 13 years. This has been so healing for me. I also used this writing practice in an addiction program I was in. It is so amazing to me, when we put pen to paper, just how cleansing it is to get out thoughts out of our head. When we make journaling a practice it can be an amazing tool for processing our thoughts.

It is very healing to ‘let it out’ and ‘get it out’ on paper. Here’s my tip for you: make sure you have a smooth writing pen – one that doesn’t cut out/skip. I love the ink joy brand.

It doesn’t matter what you write or how you write it- just start writing and brain dump onto your paper. This helps you release whatever thoughts, good or bad, are taking up your brain space.

I have free mindfulness journaling videos available to you in my Facebook private group – ask to join my group:  Confident Courageous Unstoppable Women.

I am an (award winning) womanpreneur, artist, speaker, empowerment leader and knowledge seeker.
