For years and years and years…ok OK… it was over 35 years! I struggled with low self-worth.

I had Dad issues up until the age he died – I was 40 he was 57. My entire life he lived 5 minutes from me and did not want to be a dad. My thoughts were always “if he can’t love me then who can?”

I started my personal growth journey in 2005 and I’ve never looked back. It was during this time I realized I struggled with low self-worth.

I now have the tools to help others with their low self-worth struggles.

You need to learn who you are and what you want before you can decide you are a worthy human being.

I have journaling prompts I can share with you, if you are interested, you can email me kris@krisrudarmel.com

Once you have a better idea of who you are, the next step is to enhance your acceptance of yourself.

Start by forgiving yourself. I have a free video series on this forgiving yourself. If you’d like access to it, go to Facebook and ask to join the Confident Courageous Unstoppable Women private group.

In the meantime, here are some power phrases for you to use:

  1. I am worthy of healing myself. I am taking baby steps each day.
  2. I am accepting every part of myself
  3. I am at peace with my journey. I deserve to live in peace and calm.
